Self pour & Explore
Wine dispensers dispense wine in 25ml, 75ml and 150ml pours.
Wine cards for the wine dispensers can be purchased and filled in increments of $25/ $50/ $75/ $100. Please note the physical wine card itself cost $4.25 as it contains patented technology with a microchip that works directly with the wine dispensers. You are welcome to keep the card and recharge your card as needed.

Bosco Albano 2023 Pinot Grigio (Italy): Wild flowers, lemons, pear, stone fruits, and salty herbs.

Satellite 2023 Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand): Citrus, tropical fruit, kiwi, herbs, grapefruit and stone fruits.

Verdicchio di Matelica 2023 (Italy): Citrus flowers, grapefruit, apple, stone notes and minerality.

Beausoleil 2023 Grenache (France): Red fruit, strawberries, currants, cranberry and raspberry.

Senorio de P. Pecina 2021 Viura (Spain): It is so hard to find Rioja white. This one is so yummy! Look for fresh green apple, stone fruits, lemon and lime, and subtle herbs.

Naked White 2023 Chardonnay/Pinot Blanc/Gruner Veltliner/Welschriesling (Austria): Wild flowers, citrus, stone notes, and wonderful minerality. Biodynamic.

Sindicat La Figuera 2022 Garnacha (Spain): Wild cherries, strawberries, dried cranberry, leather, and earthy notes. Perfect balance of fruit (Primary notes) and secondary notes (earth and leather). Pair with any meat from BBQ chicken to slow roasts!

de herder 2020 60% Shiraz/ 29% Cinsaut/11% Mourvedre (South Africa): Sour cherry, black berry, thyme, vanilla, earthy gravel, and cigar box. This is a wine from the legendary small lot South African producer, Klienood Farms. A 12 hectare farm, a total miracle that we can even source this wine. Out of the 12 hectares, only 10 hectares are dedicated to grapes. Kleinood is Africanis for small and precious.

Dido "la Universal" 2021 Grenache/Syrah/Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon (Spain): Red berries, cranberries, roses, raspberry, and spices. Organic.

Ciu Ciu 2023 Montepulciano/Sangiovese (Italy): Look for dark cherry, black fruits, plum, tobacco and spicy red berries.

Volador 2022 60% Grenache/30% Caringnan/10% Syrah (Spain): Fresh and intense strawberry, cherry, red flowers, licorice, hint of mint and peppery spice.

Cortes Do Tua Red 2023 Touriga Nacional/Touriga Franca/Tinta Roriz (Portugal): Violets, black cherry, raspberry, plum, and cassis. This is a great BBQ wine!

Consorzio 2021 Super Tuscan Blend (Ontario): Red berries, black cherry, plum, cedar, vanilla, tobacco and spice.

Sophie Germanier 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon (South Africa): Dark fruits, cassis, vanilla, cedar, and earthy notes.

Jilguerin 2023 Tempranillo/Cabernet Sauvignon (Spain): Ripe blackberry, plum, blueberries, vanilla and cedar cigar box.

Diez Almendros 2021 Tempranillo blend (Spain): Blackberry, plum vanilla, a very nice peppery finish.

Estiba I 2024 Malbec (Argentina): Dark fruits, Plum, black cherry, blackberry, violets and food friendly tannins.

Selvaggia 2023 Nebbiolo/Barbera (Italy): Roses, red berries, cherry, cranberry, juicy goodness, and stone notes!

Capezzana Barco Reale di Carmignano 2020 70% Sangiovese/ 20% Bernet Sauvignon/10% Canaiolo (Italy): Capezzana has been producing wine in Carmignano since the year 1626! Look for red berries, raspberry, forest notes, black tea and herbs.
